Frequently Asked Questions for Chaussures vélo de route Fizik Tempo powerstrap R5 Roues vélo route characterized by a "reset mode" 2023
What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?
Check whether any part of the order has already progressed. Do not assume an indefinite hold is available without confirmation.
What should I check before applying store credit to an order?
Ask how an approved cancellation affects the credit used. Do not place another order solely to test an uncertain deduction.
How can I ask about an order if I cannot access my account?
Check whether you originally purchased through guest checkout instead. Avoid guessing account details that could confuse the request.
