Frequently Asked Questions for واحة الغروب ٍRusse On respire presque toute la horreur
What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?
Check whether any part of the order has already progressed. Do not assume an indefinite hold is available without confirmation.

Check whether you originally purchased through guest checkout instead. Avoid guessing account details that could confuse the request.
