Frequently Asked Questions for Aputure Spotlight Mini Kit with 36° Lens transmission the K15 also includes a CFexpress Type A
What should I check when a product appears in a sponsored listing?
Read the product details beyond the short advertising text. Ask the seller about differences between the advertisement and listing.
How can I find an order reference that I no longer have?
Compare the selected option and quantity when matching a possible order. If the order cannot be found, ask for the documented next step rather than assuming it never existed.
What should I consider before answering an optional purchase survey?
Answer based on the experience you actually had. Check whether the survey asks about the product or service interaction.
